Just wanted to let you know that I am living it up wonderfully in BEAUTIFUL Leo, Burkina Faso and really doin wonderful.
I haven't been able to make my USB key with entries to work so this is just a breif note saying hi hi hi and there is lots to come so stay in touch!!!

My name is Emily Brown and I am in my sixth semester at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). From May 23 - August 1 of 2007, I will be working with the Bridges of Hope organization in the Boura region of Burkina Faso, in Western Africa, on the internship of a lifetime! Though I cannot guarentee consistent Internet access, I am making an attempt to keep those at home in Canada in the know, via my jumbled thoughts and words.

It can be hard to get good internet-ready computers, so don't worry if you can't update constantly throughout... I'll just expect to be able to see your pictures and journal in the fall! ;-)
